Original: YOG Flame Tour Step 10 : heading for the suburbs
The Youth Olympic Games flame tour has reached its tenth step, with the flame travelling to suburban areas as the relay continues. Organisers say taking the flame beyond city centres is meant to bring the Games closer to local communities ahead of the event. The tour forms part of the countdown to the Youth Olympic Games.
Why now: The Olympic flame relay is drawing attention as it moves through new communities ahead of the Games.
