VASA Fitness turning vacant grocery store into new Colorado Springs gym
Original: VASA Fitness renovating vacant grocery store for latest Springs gym
VASA Fitness is converting a vacant grocery store building into its newest gym in Colorado Springs. The company is renovating the former grocery space rather than building new construction, adding another location to its footprint in the city. The project signals continued expansion of the budget fitness chain along the Front Range and reuse of a long-empty retail site.
Why now: Residents are interested in a popular gym chain filling a long-vacant grocery store in their area.
