5 Calls flooded with requests over Schumer and Jeffries leadership

The civic engagement group 5 Calls says it has received emails all day asking it to create a call campaign about replacing Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries in Democratic congressional leadership. The organization says that as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, its call actions must be directed at an entire chamber of Congress rather than individual leadership changes, which complicates the request. The message has drawn attention amid ongoing debate about Democratic leadership.

Why now: Democrats and activists are actively debating whether Schumer and Jeffries should be replaced in party leadership.
