Developers are discussing Milkman, an open-source API client presented as a better alternative to Postman. The tool's site, milkman.dev, surfaced via a Hacker News thread that has drawn modest attention, with a handful of points and comments. The pitch targets developers frustrated with Postman's growing size and commercialization, positioning Milkman as a leaner, plugin-based desktop option for testing HTTP APIs.
