Bees still foraging in Toronto gardens in November

Original: The bees are still searching out for pollen in November, in # Toronto # Ontario at the # allotment # garden The red dahl

A gardener at a Toronto allotment garden reports bees still actively searching for pollen in November, with red dahlias still blooming and no frost yet. The observation is being shared as a sign of an unusually mild late autumn in Ontario, keeping both flowers and pollinators going well past their typical season.

Why now: Unusually warm, frost-free November weather in Toronto is keeping bees and dahlias active later than normal.
