Freiberg mayor Philipp Preißler speaks out again via Instagram

Original: philipp preißler

Philipp Preißler, the mayor of Freiberg in Saxony, has made his first public statement in some time, posting on Instagram. The Sächsische Zeitung reports on the message, which marks the end of a public silence by the local politician. Residents and local media are watching closely for what he had to say and whether he will face further questions.

Why now: The mayor had been publicly silent, so his first reappearance is drawing local attention.
