Russia has carried out further strikes on Ukraine, bombarding a hospital and medical facilities in Kharkiv, along with energy infrastructure. The attacks came a day after a humanitarian aid distribution centre was hit. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was reported to be travelling abroad as the strikes occurred. German public reporting highlighted the targeting of hospitals and civilian energy facilities, drawing fresh condemnation of Russia's ongoing air campaign against Ukrainian cities and critical infrastructure.
