Jazz station plays Astrud Gilberto's 'Light My Fire'
Original: Astrud Gilberto - Light My Fire # JazzFM # Jazz # NowPlaying # AstrudGilberto
Jazz FM is playing Astrud Gilberto's version of 'Light My Fire', prompting listeners to share the track under now-playing tags. Gilberto, the Brazilian singer best known for 'The Girl from Ipanema', recorded the Doors cover in the late 1960s, and her breezy interpretation remains a favourite among jazz and bossa nova fans.
Why now: A jazz radio station playing a classic cover by a beloved bossa nova singer gives fans a moment to share and celebrate her music.
