Günther Steiner vows never to repeat Mick Schumacher rookie situation

Original: Günther Steiner: Will nie wieder eine Situation wie mit Mick Schumacher! Günther Steiner erinnert sich an die Formel-1-S

Günther Steiner says he never wants a situation like the one with Mick Schumacher again. Reflecting on the 2021 Formula 1 season, Steiner explained that in his new role in the motorcycle world championship he will not run two rookies in a team at the same time. The remark revives debate over how Haas handled Schumacher's early Formula 1 career and how Steiner will apply those lessons in his new job.

Why now: Steiner is speaking publicly about his new role and revisiting his handling of Mick Schumacher at Haas, a topic Formula 1 fans still argue about.
