South Pasadena, California, is home to what is described as the smallest museum, run under the Museum of Free Art project. The tiny art space is being highlighted as part of Minimalism Monday, a recurring theme celebrating pared-down art and design. Local coverage draws attention to the miniature gallery and its place in the city's small but active arts scene.
Why now: The unusual concept of a tiny free-access art museum is charming readers and fitting the popular Minimalism Monday theme.
