Conservative activists charged over Minnesota polling place voting stunt
Original: I believe these will be state level charges so "Daddy Donnie" can't help out directly with this. === US conservative act
Two US conservative activists who staged an undercover stunt at a Minnesota polling place, filming themselves attempting to vote unlawfully, have been charged. Commenters note the charges appear to be at state level, meaning federal officials cannot intervene directly in the case, and the stunt has drawn criticism for potentially undermining confidence in election integrity.
Why now: The charges test whether state prosecution can proceed without federal interference, feeding into ongoing election integrity debates.
