Ukraine's national grid operator Ukrenergo reports electricity outages in Kyiv and parts of five regions following Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. Consumers are without power in parts of the capital and in Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The strikes on the power system have again disrupted supply ahead of the winter period, with repair crews working to restore connections.
