Second daylight coyote sighting reported on neighborhood street
Original: In all the excitement of NaNoWriMo and church and ballet and whatnot I almost forgot our SECOND DAYLIGHT COYOTE SIGHTING
A resident reported seeing a coyote in daylight for the second time, this one trotting north on North 9th Street in the morning before disappearing around North K or L streets. The sighting was shared alongside mention of NaNoWriMo, church and ballet activities. Coyotes seen in daylight near residential streets raise concerns about pets and small children, and repeated sightings suggest the animal may be living nearby.
Why now: Daylight coyote sightings in a residential neighborhood are unusual and raise safety concerns for locals.
