Post argues Canada's NDP has shifted to centre-right

Original: There is a new post at dgivista.org, called "The NDP are now almost entirely centre-right parties" in the # politics cat

A new essay on dgivista.org argues that Canada's New Democratic Party has moved so far right that it now sits almost entirely in the centre-right of the political spectrum. The author frames this as evidence that the Overton window of acceptable political debate has not swung left, prompting debate among politics watchers about the party's ideological direction.

Why now: Debate over the NDP's ideological drift and the shifting political spectrum is drawing attention.
