Skylight, an indie weather app for iPhone, is drawing attention for a simple design choice: it displays wind conditions for the next few hours on a single line, letting users instantly tell whether it is calm or about to pick up. The app is available on Apple's App Store, and its developer is promoting the feature to weather watchers and outdoor users.
