Twenty-five buses with capacity for 750 passengers, along with ambulances for people with limited mobility, have been prepared to evacuate residents from Oleshky in Ukraine's Kherson region, which is under Russian occupation. The evacuation preparations come after a local ceasefire was reportedly agreed this week, allowing aid to reach civilians in the flooded and contested area.
