Patrick Stewart's Final Film Reportedly 'Avengers: Doomsday'

Original: Patrick Stewart’s Final Movie Is ‘Avengers: Doomsday’; He Said Before His Death That ‘I Can’t Imagine Retiring. I’ll Forever Be an Actor’

Reports state that Patrick Stewart's final movie will be 'Avengers: Doomsday'. The actor, who reprised Professor X in recent Marvel films, had long said he had no plans to step away from acting, remarking that he could not imagine retiring and would be an actor forever. The claim of his death is contained in the headline itself and is not corroborated here, so it should be treated with caution.

Why now: The surprise claim that the veteran actor's last film will be a major Marvel blockbuster is drawing attention.
