Original: "This concept of these people all living in beautiful houses, all owned by this really rich man and going to study group
Filmmaker Sinéad O'Shea is discussing her documentary All About The Money, which follows James 'Fergie' Chambers Jr, a wealthy man who let people live in beautiful houses he owned while they attended study groups on Lenin. She describes the arrangement as a brilliant situation, and the film is drawing attention for its unusual portrait of wealth and ideology colliding.
Why now: A new documentary profiling an eccentric millionaire funding Marxist study groups is a striking, conversation-worthy story.
