Flock Alerted Connecticut Police to Breach Months After Learning of It

Original: I-Team: Flock warns CT police about a security breach, but records reveal the company knew about it months ago

Flock Safety, the license plate camera company, notified Connecticut police departments of a security breach, but records obtained by WFSB's I-Team indicate the company knew about the incident months before informing local agencies. The reporting raises questions about Flock's disclosure practices and how long customer data may have been at risk, prompting scrutiny from Connecticut law enforcement partners.
