The Czech nonprofit association OSCloud, z. s. is drawing attention for running a community cloud built on open source software with a focus on privacy. The service is operated on a nonprofit basis, with all revenue going back into operations. It bundles tools like Nextcloud, letting users keep files and other services in one place instead of spreading accounts across large corporations.
Why now: Privacy-focused users are interested in nonprofit, open-source alternatives to big tech cloud services.
