Archbishop Wenski Speaks on Immigration and Haitian Community

Original: Archbishop Thomas Wenski Part 2: Immigration, humanity and the Haitian community

Archbishop Thomas Wenski, the longtime Miami prelate and prominent Catholic voice on migration policy, discusses immigration, human dignity and South Florida's Haitian community in the second part of an interview with WLRN. Wenski has long been an advocate for immigrants and refugees within the US Catholic Church, and the conversation touches on how policy debates affect Haitian migrants.

Why now: Immigration remains a contentious topic in US politics, and Wenski is a leading religious voice on the treatment of Haitian migrants.
