POG Science Week launches with live streams on science and ecology
Original: 📅 La Semaine POG De l'informatique, des sciences, de l'écologie, des volcans et de l'histoire. 🔴🄻🄸🅅🄴 pogscience.durss.ni
POG Science Week is running live programming covering computer science, ecology, volcanoes and history. Organisers note a schedule quirk: France has switched to a new time zone while Quebec has not yet, so the usual time difference shifts by one hour to minus five for the week. Viewers are advised the broadcast calendar may need updating mid-week, and the event is being shared among French-speaking science communication communities.
Why now: The annual popular science streaming event has started, drawing its regular audience of French-speaking science fans.
