New tool records AI deliberations as Git-tracked documents
Original: Show HN: ADRs for AI – Deliberation records for human–AI work, versioned in Git
A new open project called ADRs for AI proposes keeping structured deliberation records for work done with AI systems, versioned in Git like architecture decision records. It aims to make human-AI collaboration traceable and reviewable by capturing decisions and reasoning in a familiar developer format. Early discussion on Hacker News has drawn modest attention, with users weighing its usefulness for AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Why now: Developers are actively looking for ways to document and audit decisions made in collaboration with AI tools.
