Proust quote on the fleeting mind circulates among readers

Original: All our final decisions are made in a state of mind that is not going to last. Proust ~ In the Shadow of Girls in Blosso

A line from Marcel Proust's 'In the Shadow of Young Girls in Flower' — 'All our final decisions are made in a state of mind that is not going to last' — is being shared alongside photography by Felix Richter. Readers are passing it around as a quiet reflection on impermanence and how our certainties shift with our moods, pairing literature with atmospheric images.

Why now: Readers find the quote strikingly resonant about impermanence, making it a shareable piece of literary reflection.
