Developer unveils scaff, a minimal static site generator
Original: scaff - barely a static site generator https:// discuss.tchncs.de/post/69828711
A developer has released scaff, a new open-source tool described as 'barely a static site generator'. The project takes a deliberately minimal approach to building static websites, stripping the concept down to near-nothing. The post has drawn early attention from the Fediverse's free software community, where minimalist tooling projects often spark discussion about how much a static site generator really needs to do.
Why now: Minimalist software projects like this regularly generate discussion among open-source enthusiasts interested in small, simple developer tools.
