Iago Aspas in the spotlight as Vigo hosts huge sports gathering

Original: iago aspas

Iago Aspas, the Celta de Vigo captain, is among the most searched names in Spain after Vigo staged a massive provincial sports event at the IFEVI exhibition grounds. Local coverage describes the city as the capital of provincial sport for the day, with thousands attending and the Celta star drawing much of the public attention.

Why now: Aspas is the biggest local sports figure in Vigo, so attention on the city's large sporting gathering naturally centres on him.
