California Coast Photos Mark Silent Sunday Ritual
Original: # StillerSontag # SilentSunday Sunday in California (Details In The # AltText ) (AltText Misspelt By Hunan) # NoGenAi #
Photography enthusiasts are sharing black-and-white shots of the California coastline for Silent Sunday, a weekly tradition where users post images with minimal or no commentary. Participants also use the German-language StillerSontag tag, and many explicitly label their work as made without generative AI, reflecting ongoing tensions between photographers and AI-generated imagery.
Why now: The weekly Silent Sunday photo-sharing ritual recurs every Sunday, and photographers are increasingly flagging their work as human-made amid debates over AI imagery.
