Ben Duckett in focus as England slump in Sri Lanka ODI dead rubber

Original: ben duckett

England opener Ben Duckett is trending as attention turns to England's cricket tour of Sri Lanka, where a dead-rubber one-day international ended in defeat. Coverage describes a struggling England side, with Sri Lanka using the match to fine-tune ahead of a final, and betting outlets openly doubting England's batting judgement. Fans and pundits are debating the team's form ahead of upcoming white-ball commitments.

Why now: England's poor showing in the Sri Lanka ODI series has put Duckett and the team's form under scrutiny.
