Fans mock coverage of Off Campus vs Heated Rivalry
Original: i really don’t even go here but i think it’s so funny seeing news outlets bend over backwards pretending off campus was
Commenters are laughing at news outlets for coverage of the series 'Off Campus', arguing that reports overstated its popularity relative to 'Heated Rivalry'. Observers who say they do not follow either fandom are joining in, mocking what they see as media figures bending over backwards to frame Off Campus as the bigger hit when audiences clearly favoured Heated Rivalry.
Why now: The two series are competing for attention and fans are seizing on media coverage that appears to misread which one is more popular
