Michelle Obama urges Simone Biles to target 2028 Olympics

Original: simone biles

Michelle Obama has publicly encouraged gymnast Simone Biles to compete at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, drawing a reaction from Biles's husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens. The exchange has fuelled speculation about whether the most decorated gymnast in history will extend her career for a home Olympics, with fans debating a possible comeback.

Why now: Biles has not confirmed whether she will compete at the 2028 Los Angeles Games, so any public push for her return draws attention.
