The story is spreading rapidly across search trends in Japan, France, Germany, Sweden, the UK, Spain, Italy, the US and Russia. The claim has not been confirmed by publisher Electronic Arts, and fans are reacting with alarm about the studio's future and the fate of the Mass Effect franchise.
