BioWare back in the spotlight as search interest spikes globally

Original: bioware

The games studio BioWare is trending worldwide, topping search charts in India and ranking highly across the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Sweden. Attention is also spilling over to EA's broader portfolio, with reports that The Sims' Project Rene has been paused in favour of a new multiplayer-focused 'Project Evergreen'. Fans are debating what the moves mean for BioWare's next releases and EA's overall strategy.

Why now: Fresh news about EA restructuring its studios, including a pause on The Sims' Project Rene, has put BioWare back at the centre of gaming discussion.
