SpaceX launches Bandwagon 5 mission from Cape Canaveral
SpaceX launched its Bandwagon 5 rideshare mission from Cape Canaveral, Florida, adding to its series of multi-payload flights that carry several small satellites into orbit at once. The launch continues the company's fast cadence of missions this year, with the Falcon 9 delivering customer spacecraft to orbit on schedule.
Why now: The launch is newsworthy as another milestone in SpaceX's increasingly frequent rideshare flight programme.
