Fire services across the Netherlands were kept busy with a string of incidents. A very large fire in Delft's city centre left ten homes evacuated before being brought under control, while a big blaze at café De Ruif raised safety questions as it was reportedly the seventh fire there in a year and a half. Other reports include a fire along the Kwelderweg, stolen rescue equipment from the Hoenderloo fire station, an alerting error that forced a detour at a large fire in Vlist, and several people rescued or hospitalised, including a reanimation at an Intratuin store in Duiven.
