Alef Aeronautics flies mock flying car over parked Teslas

Original: Alef Aeronautics takes playful jab at Tesla by flying over its cars

Alef Aeronautics, the California startup developing a flying car, staged a stunt in which its vehicle flew over parked Tesla cars in a pointed but lighthearted jab at Elon Musk's automaker. The company's Model A aims to be a road-legal flying car, positioning it as a bolder take on future transport than Tesla's ground-bound vehicles. Observers read the stunt as marketing one-upmanship in the race to redefine personal mobility.

Why now: The startup used a theatrical flyover to grab attention and challenge Tesla's dominance in futuristic vehicles.
