The Indianapolis Colts have dismissed general manager Chris Ballard after the team opened the 2026 season with a 2-4 record. The move ends Ballard's long tenure overseeing the franchise's roster, and attention now turns to who will replace him and whether head coach Shane Steichen's job is also under pressure.
