Ukraine's Air Force says an expected US intelligence warning did not arrive during Russia's evening ballistic missile attack on Kyiv, forcing Ukrainian forces to detect the incoming missiles with their own radars. Air Force spokesperson Yurii Ihnat said Ukrainian and US specialists are jointly investigating why the early warning failed to reach them.
Why now: The lapse in US early-warning support during a live missile attack raises concerns about the reliability of intelligence sharing with Kyiv.
