Bird Count Australia users hit login timeouts
Original: Can't login to Bird Count Australia app. Says Logging in, please wait then times out. Same happens on Chrome or Firefox
Users of the Bird Count Australia app are reporting that they cannot log in. The app shows a 'Logging in, please wait' message before timing out, and the same problem occurs in Chrome and Firefox browsers as well as on multiple devices, including a Samsung Galaxy A15 phone and a Lenovo tablet. The issue suggests a server-side problem with the app's single sign-on authentication rather than a problem with individual devices or browsers.
Why now: The app's login system appears to be down, blocking users from participating in bird counting activities.
