The Case for Starting a Summer Fellows Program
Original: Why You Should Start a Summer Fellows Program
The Living Church is making the case that churches should launch summer fellows programs, arguing that hosting young adults for a season of ministry work, mentorship and spiritual formation benefits both the participants and the congregations that receive them. The piece encourages churches to consider establishing such a program as a practical way to invest in the next generation.
Why now: Churches are planning summer programming and looking for ways to engage young adults in ministry.
