Andrew Hastie blasts One Nation over cartoon mocking Jacqui Lambie

Original: Andrew Hastie blasts One Nation’s ‘MAGA-style politics’ after cartoon mocking Jacqui Lambie’s vaginal prolapse

Liberal MP Andrew Hastie has criticised One Nation, accusing the party of importing 'MAGA-style politics' after a cartoon circulated mocking Senator Jacqui Lambie's vaginal prolapse. Hastie said the mockery was unacceptable, marking a notable split within the Australian right over tactics. The incident has prompted debate about crude political attacks entering mainstream Australian discourse.

Why now: A senior conservative MP publicly rebuking a right-wing rival party over a crude attack is an unusual intra-coalition clash drawing attention.
