Sarkisian refuses to rule out benching Arch Manning
Original: arch manning benching speculation texas
Texas coach Steve Sarkisian said he will 'evaluate everything' and declined to rule out benching quarterback Arch Manning after the Longhorns dropped two straight games. Manning, one of college football's most prominent players and a former top recruit, has struggled during the skid, fueling debate about whether he should keep the starting job.
Why now: Texas' two-game losing streak has put the star quarterback's starting spot in question.
