Butusov: Incompetence and lies at top command biggest front threat

Original: 📰 Greatest threat to front is incompetent decisions and lies within higher command. There are no changes that troops can

Ukrainian journalist Yuriy Butusov says the greatest threat to the front line is not the enemy but incompetence and dishonesty within Ukraine's higher military command. He argues troops on the ground feel no positive changes from decisions made at the top, a criticism likely to fuel ongoing debate in Ukraine about leadership, accountability and morale during the war.

Why now: Concerns about military leadership and command decisions are a persistent and sensitive topic in wartime Ukraine.
