A Japanese NBA fan site is collecting overseas reactions to a hypothetical question: if you could be NBA commissioner for just one day, what single thing would you change? The discussion name-checks players including Kawhi Leonard, Draymond Green, Jaylen Brown, Myles Turner, Pascal Siakam and Kevin Looney as commenters weigh rule tweaks and league policies.
