Reuters reports that an order limiting Starlink access for Ukraine's military came from within the White House, drawing criticism in Europe, where officials called Trump's recent pro-Russian shift 'incoherent' and 'deeply problematic'. In the same reporting cycle, Ukraine says it destroyed four Russian Su-34 bombers, as the war continues to dominate headlines.
Why now: Reports that the US administration itself restricted battlefield connectivity for Ukraine are highly consequential for Western support for Kyiv.
