Reports say Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's cell phone has been confiscated and members of her family subpoenaed as part of a Justice Department investigation into alleged immigration fraud. The action was taken under DOJ chief Todd Blanche, formerly Donald Trump's personal lawyer. Critics note Trump has previously called for Omar, a refugee who arrived in the US in 1995, to be 'sent back to Somalia', fueling accusations of political targeting.
