President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine's armed forces will resume attacks on Russian oil refineries, saying 'we've had enough'. The statement signals a return to long-range strikes targeting Russia's energy infrastructure, which Kyiv has previously framed as a response to ongoing Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities and energy facilities. The pledge underscores the escalating exchange of strikes between the two countries.
