Harris criticises Biden administration over Israel's Gaza war conduct
Original: Harris calls out Biden administration over Israel’s actions in Gaza war
Former US Vice President Kamala Harris has publicly criticised the Biden administration over Israel's actions in the Gaza war, breaking with the government she was part of. The remark stands out because she served in that administration, and it is drawing attention in coverage of Democratic divisions over Israel's campaign in Gaza.
Why now: A former vice president publicly criticising her own administration over the Gaza war is unusual and politically charged.
