Indie developer arganoid, a former Frontier Developments programmer who worked on Elite Dangerous, is promoting his game Reality Drift on Steam. The psychedelic title features art contributed by Keita Takahashi, the celebrated creator of the Katamari series. The endorsement highlights the unusual pairing of a space-sim veteran and a legendary quirky-game artist on a small independent project.
Why now: A notable collaboration between an ex-Elite Dangerous developer and Katamari creator Keita Takahashi is drawing attention to the game's release.
