Rubio Sends Ethics Reminder to Diplomats After Guilfoyle Exit

Original: With Guilfoyle Out, Rubio Sends Ethics Reminder to Diplomats

Following Kimberly Guilfoyle's departure, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has issued a reminder to US diplomats about ethics standards. The move comes after Guilfoyle, Donald Trump's nominee to be ambassador to Greece, stepped away from the role, and it has drawn attention to conduct expectations for politically appointed envoys.

Why now: The ethics memo closely follows Guilfoyle's exit, prompting speculation about misconduct concerns within the diplomatic corps.
