Zelenskyy reportedly feels betrayed by Trump over Starlink access
Original: "Volodymyr Zelenskyy feels ‘betrayed’ by Donald Trump over Starlink access" Well, 'trust a conman and you'll get conned'
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is reported to feel betrayed by Donald Trump over restricted or threatened access to SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet, which Ukraine relies on for battlefield communications. Commentators are voicing little sympathy, arguing Ukraine should have anticipated Trump's unreliability, with the phrase 'trust a conman and you'll get conned' circulating widely in reaction to the news.
Why now: Ongoing tensions over US support for Ukraine and Trump's relationship with Elon Musk make any Starlink disruption a pressing concern.
